In the project, modular units for strengthening of self-control and self-learning competence at the transition from school to vocational training and employment for learners within the transition system, especially in the classes VAB and BFPE as well as BEJ, will be developed. Teachers will be trained for practice, and implementation of the modules will be scientifically accompanied and evaluated. Learners are required to plan, realize and reflect a company learning task by themselves during their internship. The aim of the learning task is for the learners to reflect their possible career choices and deal with the requirements of the chosen apprenticed jobs to enable either an approval of or a reorientation in the process of choosing a career.
Teachers as well as pupils from vocational schools (career entry year, prequalification year work and vocation, vocational school pedagogical testing) in Baden-Württemberg.
