European Commission, program for Lifelong Learning: Leonardo da Vinci-Innovations Transfer
Universität of Versailles Saint-Quentin en Yvelines (UVSQ); France
01.10.2009 till 30.09.2011
The active partners (five institutions of the tertiary field of education, three enterprises) are:
- Institute of Vocational Education and Training (IBP) of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)
- Escola Universitària Salesiana de Sarrià (EUSS)
- Universität der Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV)
- Hewlett-Packard (HP)
- Universität Politehnica in Timisoara
Short description of the content of the project and objectives:
The EuroPolytec web portal ionforms in the fields information and communication technology (ICT) and mechatronics about different professions and courses of education as well as offers assistance for planning and achieving of professional biographical objectives. To archieve mobility, the information are offered in French, Spanish resp. Catalan, Romanian and in German and are oriented on the education systemn, which is characteristic for the country.
The development of a sectoral qualifications framework for mechatronics, which integrates different education systems and the connection between vocational and academic education is an important component of the contentual work.
Hereto domain-oriented qualifications and competences are compared and assessed in a test phase and modified if necessary.
