Goals

  • Research of media usage patterns of students in Higher Education
  • Identification of influence factors on media usage for learning
  • Dissemination of new media technologies into the learning environment
  • Theory construction: developing a theory model, a media typology and a media user typology for Higher Education
  • Developing a survey instrument to evaluate media usage at universities

Methods

Standardized questionnaires, interviews, descriptive and multivariate explorative statistical analysis
