Specialist article published in Education Permanente
A scientific article from the Department of Vocational Education and Training at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) has been published in the current issue of the specialist journal Education Permanente (special issue 1/2025: Continuing vocational training).
Under the title "In-company continuing education personnel from the perspective of pedagogical occupational group research. An empirical analysis of task specificity", Martin Schwarz examines the job profiles and specific tasks of specialists in in-company continuing education.
The bilingual journal Education Permanente is published in German and French and is regarded as a central platform for scientific exchange on adult education and continuing education in German-speaking countries.
