Implementation of the examination regulations for further training examinations in examination practice

To date, there has been no systematic analysis or investigation and description of how the provisions of further training regulations are implemented and taken into account in everyday examination practice and which other factors (e.g. personnel, economic or organizational) influence the design and implementation of further training examinations.

The research project examines the implementation of the examination provisions of further training regulations in examination practice using the example of three nationally regulated further training regulations and examinations 'Industrial master craftsman specializing in metal'; 'Technical business administrator' and 'Business administrator in accordance with the Vocational Training Act'.

The aim of the study is

- to trace the implementation of the provisions in examination practice using three nationally standardized further training regulations as examples

- to investigate the extent to which the requirements set out in the training regulations are adequately taken into account in the examinations

- to assess the need for optimization in the implementation of examination regulations as well as in the management and quality assurance of continuing education courses
