Final conference of the InnoVET accompanying research - Impulses for the future of vocational training
The trilateral accompanying research presented the results of almost four years of scientific monitoring of the funding program under the motto "Innovating and strengthening vocational education and training - fields of action and impulses".
Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung
The event provided a platform for experts from science, politics and business to discuss developments, findings and experiences from InnoVET and InnoVET PLUS. The focus was on key questions:
-
How do innovation and transfer arise in vocational education and training?
-
Which structures, processes and collaborations promote the sustainable further development of the vocational training system?
-
What contribution do projects such as InnoVET PLUS - Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung make to the design of sustainable learning locations?
As part of our ongoing Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung project, Viktoria Bergmann was on site to provide scientific support.
The conference made it clear once again that vocational education and training today is more than just qualification - it is a designable space for innovation, networking and social change.
Vocational training means: thinking innovatively, shaping together and creating the future.
