Transformative approach to artificial intelligence

Last week, Dr. Daniela Reimann from the Vocational Education team took part in the "transformativ - Sharing Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence" conference in Heilbronn.

She was not only a participant, but also gave her own presentation entitled: "AI competence as an educational task? A design-oriented approach to dealing with generative AI in engineering education".

The conference was organized by experimenta, with KIT participating as a partner in the organizing network. The aim was to bring together different perspectives on the development and impact of AI and to develop new communication and action strategies.

The event was divided into four thematic tracks - from narratives and competence development to strategies and power structures in AI systems - and offered a broad program of keynotes, sessions, impulses and an evening around AI & art.

We are delighted that Dr. Daniela Reimann enriched the discussion with her contribution and was able to provide valuable impetus for research and education.
