AgencyQ advisory board meeting - KIT represented in scientific exchange
The AgencyQ advisory board meeting took place on May 7, 2025. Dr. habil. Martin Schwarz represents the scientific perspective of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) on the advisory board.
AgenturQ is a joint institution of the collective bargaining parties IG Metall and Südwestmetall. Back in 2001, both partners recognized the importance of lifelong learning and jointly concluded the collective agreement on qualification for employees in the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg.
The aim of AgenturQ is to raise awareness of the need for continuous professional development in a changing world of work. In particular, it informs, advises and supports companies and works councils in the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg in all matters relating to further training - and develops models and concepts to promote professional qualification.
