Dr. habil. Martin Schwarz is Academic Senior Councillor at the Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU) and Professor of Vocational Education at the Berufsakademie für Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen Saarland (BAGSS) and on leave from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Department of Vocational Education.
