The aim of the project is to investigate, shape and implement prospective further training in companies that act as Industry 4.0 pioneers. In addition to recording training measures that have already been implemented, the project partners want to develop and test suitable training concepts together with the cooperating companies in order to prepare employees for the requirements of Industry 4.0. In a first step, preparatory talks will be held in companies to determine the current status quo with regard to existing further training concepts, exchange ideas on innovation, present the planned case study work and jointly generate the target group for the case studies. In a second step, two-day company case studies will be carried out to provide information on the implementation and further training needs of the companies. In a further step, the information and data collected will be evaluated, interpreted and validated in expert workshops involving the companies visited. Finally, sector and company-specific training concepts will be developed with the help of the findings and tested in cooperation with the companies.
