Advisory Board and AgencyQ expert meeting
The focus here was on questions such as how artificial intelligence will change activities in production or in relation to production-related jobs
which AI skills (production) employees will need in the future and how these can be taught and acquired.
Dr. habil. Martin Schwarz represents the scientific perspective and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) on the advisory board. As part of the expert hearing he acted as a commentator.
AgenturQ is a joint institution of the collective bargaining parties IG Metall and Südwestmetall. As early as 2001, both partners recognized the importance of lifelong learning and jointly concluded the collective agreement on qualification for employees in the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg.
KIT and AgenturQ also work closely together as partners in the InnoVET PLUS project 'Lernfabriken∂BeruflicheBildung'.
