Social innovation potential through new cooperative actor constellations - learning factories as a learning space for continuing vocational training

Short summary: The article examines in detail how vocational learning factories can respond to the far-reaching changes brought about by digitalization, Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence in the world of work as practical learning environments. He discusses new cooperative models between vocational schools, companies and regional partners that create not only technical, but above all social innovations in vocational training - ideal for closing gaps between theory and practice and strengthening skills for the future.
