Beschriftung

On February 09, 2026, our project advisory board met at WAFIOS Aktiengesellschaftin Reutlingen to reflect on the current interim status of the project and discuss the next development steps together. The exchange with the members of the advisory board always provides us with valuable impetus.

One particular focus was on the two operator models developed for learning factories. The approaches were presented, critically discussed and jointly developed further - with the aim of creating sustainable structures for qualification offers in the context of modern learning factories. In addition, we worked intensively on the design of an interface for further education platforms, which is intended to create transparency about offers and facilitate access to further education in the future.

In addition to the technical discussions, the meeting also provided space for personal exchange and new perspectives. A big thank you to the WAFIOS AG team for their hospitality, excellent organization, great catering and the exciting factory tour!

We are now entering the next phase: the offerings within the operator models will be further expanded - including through additional seminars - and the interface for the training platforms will be conceptually developed. We look forward to shaping the next steps together with our partners.
