Two days of strategic exchange at the transfer workshop at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Bonn: together with the InnoVET-PLUS community, we discussed how innovations can be put into practice in the long term. For Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung, we are taking away clear impulses for transfer, continuation and stakeholder integration.

At the 2nd advisory board meeting of the InnoVET PLUS - Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung project, the partners met at WAFIOS AG in Reutlingen to further develop operator models for learning factories and to design an interface for further education platforms. The next phase is now starting with new offers and concrete implementation steps.

At the InnoVET Plus - Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung project workshop on December 1 in Stuttgart, we discussed opportunities and models for sustainable learning factories. Together, we developed approaches to sustainably strengthen vocational education and training.

The final InnoVET conference showed how innovation, transfer and cooperation can strengthen vocational education and training in the long term. Our Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung project was on site and received valuable input for the design of sustainable learning locations.

On January 20, 2025, the advisory board meeting of the InnoVET PLUS project Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung on the sustainable use of learning factories in vocational education and training took place in Stuttgart.

At the spring congress of the Gesellschaft für Arbeitswissenschaft (GfA) in Aachen, the Vocational Education Department contributed two specialist papers to the gtw workshops.

With the Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung project, KIT is promoting practical learning environments to teach future skills for vocational training.
