Transfer and strategic exchange: InnoVET PLUS Lernfabriken@BeruflicheBildung

Two intensive days at the InnoVET PLUS workshop "Transfer Strategy" at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in Bonn are behind us.
Together with numerous projects from the InnoVET PLUS funding line, we discussed how innovations can not only be developed, but also sustainably transferred into practice. The focus was on questions such as:
- What do we actually mean by transfer?
- How can structural continuity be achieved beyond the project duration?
- What role do stakeholder management, product design and marketing play in innovation projects?
The exchange on transfer strategy in the working groups and the discussion with InnoVET's accompanying research was particularly valuable. It became clear: Transfer is not a downstream step, but must be considered right from the start - structurally, organizationally and systemically.
For our InnoVET PLUS - Lernfabriken∂BeruflicheBildung project, we are taking three main impulses with us:
- Transfer as structural anchoring - not just as communication
- The importance of clear operator models for sustainable learning locations
- The consistent involvement of relevant stakeholders in implementation
A big thank you to the BIBB team for the organization and to all the projects for the open, collegial exchange.
The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as part of the InnoVET Plus program. The program is implemented by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).
